（1）Users require Hailan Net. or accredit someone to reveal their information via E-mail.
（2）Hailan Net. has to contribute users' infromation because of relevant laws, codes or procedure. If the information provided by users is incorrect, inauthentic or illegal, Hailan Net. can cancel the rights to use the service. When users enjoy the service of the forum, meanwhile users accept the related information service.

3、User Account, Password and Security
Once you regist to be a member, you will get a password and an account. If you lose them, you have to undertake all liability. Besides, every user have to be responsible for their behaviors and affairs. You can change you password and icon anytime or end an old account then regist a new account. If users use accounts illeagally or find some bugs, please inform of Hailan Net.

4、Limited Liability
Hailan Net. won't be responsible for candidates' direct, indirect, incidental particular damages which are from: incorrect usage of forum，purchase via Internet, trade on Internet, illegal usage of service or modification of deferent information. These damages will damage the image of Hainan Net. ,so Hainan Net. contribute it in time.

5、Administration of Users
Users are responsible for content they posted. The usage of service will be consist with all local laws, national laws and internal laws. Users must keep to：
（1）Posted contents must be consist with laws of China.
（2）Don't use vitual society illegally.
（3）Don't disturb the network service.
（4）Obey all contracts, rules of procedure of Hailan Net.
We use Hailan forum service to send and receive information via Internet. So users' behaviors are contained by national laws, policy and procedure. Users promise not to transfer any illegal, annoyed, backbiting, abusive, hurtful, intimidatory vulgar, obscene information. Besides, users can't transfer any information which can abset others to commit crime； which can further adverse domestic condition or concern national security； which fall short of local laws, national laws and internal laws. It's forbidden to access other computers without any permission. If users' behaviors can't answer for above articles，Hailan Net. will make a judgement to cancel the account immediately. Users will undertake the legal duty for theri behavior in Hailan forum. If users spread or promulgate any retroactive, pornographic or lawbreaking information, systemic records in Hailan forum will be proofs.

6、Termination of Service
Users or Hailan Net. can cancel the forum service anytime according to the fact. It's unnecessary for Hailan Net. to cancel service because of being responsible for anyone or third party. If users object to service articles, have some dissidence on the modification of service or is critical or Hailan forum service，users will only have the below recourses :
（1）Not use Hailan forum service at all.
（2）Cancel the qualification to use Hailan forum service.
（3）Notify Hailan Net. to terminate certain user's service.
When terminate the service，the rights to use the forum will end. From then, Hailan Net. won't be responsible for the user at all.

7、Property of E-mail Contents
Users can define the contents including：character, software, voice, photo, video, chart；all contents in advertisement；all contents in E-mail；all comercial information provided by Hailan Net. All contents will be protected by copyright law, trademar, label and other property ownership law. So users have to use the contents granted by Hailan Net. and advertizer and can't copy，reproduce or create derived products related to the contents.

8、Laws
E-mail service article should be consist with the national laws including the dispute. Users and Hailan Net. will submit to domination of superior court by consensus. If there is some conflict of laws，these articles will resolve approximately as impossible，and other articles will keep the effects.
