It's time to break out the cameras and start snapping away for the IAESTE China 2010 Photo Contest! Submit photographs from August 1 to September 15 in various categories to participate.
By end of September, IAESTE China will organize an exhibition party with the good photos that we collect, and we will annouce the WINNER! Three photographs will be selected as the prize winners and will be awarded the IAESTE China Award Cup!! Your photographs also may be featured on IAESTE China's website or in future publications.
Say "Cheese!" and start taking those photos!
Rules
This contest is open to any participant who is currently in a program with IAESTE China.
• All photos must be taken in China,
• You must submit your own photo(s)
• The photos should be original,
• Please only submit a maximum of two photos for each category; each photo should be labeled with the appropriate category
• All photos submitted must be in good taste and alcohol should not be present
• All digital photo files must be 300 dpi or greater at 4x6 inches. Please keep messages under 8 MB
• PowerPoint or slide show presentations will not be accepted
• All entries must be submitted to IAESTE China by September 15, 2010
Please Include the following with each photo:
• Your Name
• The category for which you are submitting the photo
• Title of the photo(s)
• Description of the location, participant(s) pictured, and the event that was taking place
Photo Exhitition:
• There will be a party/exhibition by end of September to unveil the Winners! All IAESTE interns are invited.
Winners will receive:
*Grand prize: IAESTE China Award Cup
Categories:
• Participants at Work: Photos at work or related to your internship or training program
• All Chinese: An experience or event outside of work that celebrates Chinese culture
• Explore China: Your best photo of Chinese scenery, cities or landmarks
• Sharing the Experience: Group picture with family or friends
All submissions should be sent incoming.iaestechina@gmail.com. Please title your emails "Summer Photo Contest Submissions"
You will be contacted by email if your photo is selected, so be creative and original. Participants are encouraged to submit additional photos of their experiences in China, but please be sure to label the photos you have chosen for the contest.
All submissions become the property of IAESTE China for use in any future publicity and publications.
