	Mr. Deng Liang (Bill), Volunteer Coordinator Bill shows his excellent personality during his volunteer work. He is earnest and diligent all the time. He also shows his leadership resulted to his election as the Volunteer Coordinator in 2002 by other volunteers. He will implement his training in Austria this year,

Miss Wu Beihua (Elaine), Web Administrator Elaine is a shy girl with computer talent. She helped us to build the website independently. You can get to know her capability from the complexity of our website. She becomes our Web Expert since 2002 and we believe she will achieve more in her career in the future. She will implement her training in Germany this year.

	Miss Ye Yin (Grace), Art Designer Grace is smart and energetic. She helps us in design of CI system and marketing brochures. Grace is also of great language talent, which she exhibited in GC 2003. She helped us a lot in exchange works in GC (Bangkok), it’s amazing she performed professionally although it’s the first time of her to attend such a complex and intense meeting. She will implement her training in Spain this year.
Also there are other new volunteers still in their beginning of IAESTE work now. It will be my honor that I will introduce more excellent volunteers later……
